Anger and Forgiveness: A Spiritual Journey for Friends
Friday-Saturday, April 17-18
We’re pleased to bring Anita Paul from New York Yearly Meeting to coordinate this retreat for us. Anita is an experienced trainer and recorded minister, and has led this retreat for 25 years. She is a coordinator for ARCH: Aging Resources Consultation and Help in NYYM.
She will offer us a gentle, practical approach to forgiving and asking to be forgiven; She will also address these needs from the perspective of someone in the last stage of life on earth.

9:30 – 11:45 | Working through the forgiveness process
Working on our own issue, which does not have to be shared. Includes the stages of the forgiveness process, with time for self reflection. By the end of the day, expect to experience of a laying down of the burden and an entering into lightness. |
11:45 – 1:00 | Potluck lunch |
1:00 – 5:00 | Presentation on ARCH: Aging Resources Consultation and Help, which should interest those who are caring for aging parents or spouse.
